picture; is it the hair? the eyes? the
background?
if you are critiquing, start with

i like the fact that theyre on top of flowers and
all.. i like theyre eyes.. i love the wings.. but
the only thing missing to make this picture
extraordinary.. might be to add some colors.its
really nice but i think it would be even nicer
with a little bit of colors!its really great tho.
