You didn't achieve the realism you were going for,
sadly. The nose is a bit deformed (kinda blob
shaped, you know) and the eye and ey makeup dont
match up with the blur shading on the skin. The
tears look like shiny rocks... not water-like at
all. The hair looks realistic, but the eyebrow
