This is absolutely beautiful! I haven't seen to
many people that can shade this well. Nor have I
seen many that can draw wings this well. The only
thing I can say to improve on is the hands, but I
know a lot of people that can't draw hands that

try and talk about exactly what you like about the
picture; is it the hair? the eyes? the
background?
if you are critiquing, start with
something you like about the picture, then mention
specifically what you don't like. (eg. the hair is
