- I think its really good although it could be better if you added more pencil shading like in the jacket and face although its way better than anything i could do!

- Looks pretty good. More shading would be nice. Also, if you are going for realism, try not to make the hair so angular.

- i think you doesn't have too change much - the pic is pretty cool! but maybe you could do shadows and the eyes could look a little bit more real.... but anyway - good job!
