Very cool concept! You have quite the imagination!
A few things I noticed: the ear...it doesn't
look good. Make it LOT bigger, and maybe take a
look at some real ears to get the anatomy of it
right. The hair at the top of the head looks very
chunky. To make it more realistic, make some of
the times thicker/thinner, and have them end in
different places. The shoulders look a bit off to
me. Maybe they're too pointy...? Her lips could be
