Her head is a bit big for her body, and her eye is a little small for the head.
Everything else has pretty much been stated already. Forehead a little too big, maybe add some hair to cover it up, details of that nature.

- I like the pattern on the shirt and how you colored the hair, but like people keep saying, the eye is way small and the forehead is a bit long. Nice job though.
