Again uncomleted!!!! Yes I know she has no top on right now (sry), that b/c when it's finshed that area will be covered in scales (so no point in covering it up just to try and recreate it later)
regular pencil and graph paper (I don't really know how to do this on the computer XD)
No ref pic cause there is/was none (just started drawing and that came about)
